By using Mixtape you agree to these terms. Mixtape lets you make and share cassette-style playlists. You keep ownership of the words, photos and artwork you add.
Your first tape is free
Everyone can record one mixtape for free, with every design, sticker and feature included. A subscription is required to create further mixtapes.
Subscription terms
- €7.99 per year, or €0.99 per month.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings after purchase. Deleting the app does not cancel it.
Acceptable use
Don’t upload anything unlawful, hateful or infringing, and don’t use Mixtape to distribute copyrighted audio. Mixtape links out to Spotify and Apple Music for playback — we don’t host or stream music.
Availability
We aim to keep Mixtape running, but it’s provided as-is without warranties. We may change or withdraw features, and we’ll give reasonable notice for anything significant.
Ending your account
You can delete your account and all its data from your profile at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
